But really, today was a bit easier! I got up, crawled downstairs and pushed play to listen to the soothing music during the warm up stretch. I was just starting to really wake up when my “Mommy radar” went off, followed quickly by the sound no mother can ignore….my 10 month old crying MaMa…
Clomping back up the stairs to get her out of bed, I couldn’t stop myself from thinking, “this will be a complete disaster”…but believe or not, the slow, focused exercises are actually very easy to navigate around the busiest toddler!! Impressive! Day two was a success. I am sore all over, but not to the point it hurts to move (this is the great kind of soreness – the kind where you are feeling stronger, finding all those “lost muscles” and feeling like you’re making a difference, while still maintaining full mobility- YAY!!!
