Day 4: Push-Ups

Today, believe it or not, I did 10 pushups!!! Yes, that is 100% improvement! I did take two breaks in between, but I did it!
I found out I need to get into a bikini by February 17th and I am completely freaking out.
I don’t think I look too bad (in clothes at least!). But getting bikini ready in just 6 more weeks is a lot to take in! I guess Heidi Klum did it…but that means nothing to me whatsoever!

try more than push-ups! it is very important to do more excercises, drink a lot of water and sweat. i don’t have kids, but i fight with the pounds in the past!

I still can not do a proper push up. i keep my knees on the ground so it is easier. i hope to find the will to keep on doing them every day

I make 30 push ups a day, in three rounds. In the first months i did not see results so spectacular, but now i can see some result. i dreamt of more, but i am happy with what i got. it comes easier and easier with every day…
