Day 12: Peanut Butter

Today I found powdered peanut butter at the health food store– it is only 53 calories for 2 Tbsp. – ate it with a bunch of celery for a late night snack.

I worked out again for an hour and have been taking calcium and magnesium (Calmag) so my muscles aren’t too sore.  I couldn’t believe it – today I did 3 sets of 10 pushups…WOW!!! I am really motivated now.  I am still living in sweats though, steering away from jeans, and haven’t stepped on the scale again yet.

I love peanut butter and jelly, but i don’t think it the same peanut butter. Does it taste the same as the one you can spread on bread? What;s the difference between them?

When i had some vitamin problems the doctor prescribed me some vitamin complex which had calcium and magnesium. the problem is these pills really make me hungry. i could eat around the clock from them. i already gained some pounds from them. i have a dilemma now… to keep on taking them?

Do you still exercise after taking care of your kids? I am totally exhausted after a day with my 3 years old boy… he has so much energy and simply cleaning after him, playing with him and so on is enough for me… I mean, I probably loose more in a gym… but where do I find the necessary energy?
