any doc that says it doesn't matter what you eat that is impure like processed food/non organic or artificially altered from the natural state is just uninformed in the real area of his understanding brain. you never have a shortage of drugs that causes problems it's a shortage of nutrients that cause symptoms and deficiencies cause death often...... See Moretruly...where do you think cancer comes from? Transfats are like plastic in the veins where blood doesn't know what is going on anymore. Pure food is the key/pure water too. Doctors only have 2 hours nutrition on average and they are not interested in cures or prevention/ they are interested in what they are told to focus on by the pharmaceutical compainies who subsidize their lobbists in congress! In China the doc only has a sign saying how many he's cured! Or he doesn't get a good following and no one will go to him/ Ask for the references and talk to the patients who recover! Love is wisdom with workboots on!

Definitely! The first reaction should be this...it takes definite changes to augment current favorites into more healthy choices. My favorite "healthy version" uses zucchini, carrots and walnuts. The texture is nice and it is easy to modify. Unfortunately using honey changes the consistency too much in baking, so it is best to substitute "like textures"...I have also tried just adding some extra flour (oatmeal works there too!) and omitting a full cup of sugar. For those who have already adjusted to more bland tastes, this version tastes great, you can even substitute flax seed oil as well...but then there are those of us who want more of a "gradual change"...so yeah, this is just a start :)
